Bill’s title career began in 1984 with Stewart Title Company. Four years later, Bill opened his ‘fee attorney’ operation (which he has maintained for 30 years) with Chicago Title. In May of 2018, he transitioned his title insurance operations into Title Partners, LLC. Although he concentrates his efforts on operations and meeting the needs of the team, Bill has performed most every facet of the title and escrow closing process, alongside administration of Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and legal document preparation. Today he is the CEO of Title Partners.

Debby is an Escrow Officer licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance. She has been in the title insurance industry for over 26 years and has extensive experience and knowledge with regard to title insurance rules, rates and procedures. Debby closes commercial transactions for properties located locally in the DFW metroplex, statewide and nationally.
